The Rev.Paul Milton, as pastor of the St. Mark United Methodist Church of Charlotte |
Rev. Milton was appointed to St. Mark UMC in 2009 and his pastoral care has meant a difference in the lives of all who are a part of the fellowship of the United Methodist Men.
Rev. Milton is an active participant in all St. Mark's UMM functions. He also leads a men’s Bible study group and supports them in their quest to be more faithful men in Christ. Rev. Milton also serves on numerous church and civic groups and encourages them that they can accomplish the needs with God’s help.
For these and many other reasons, it is with great pride that the United Methodist Men of the Western North Carolina Conference join the United Methodist Men of the Southeastern Jurisdiction in presenting the G. Ross Freeman Leadership Award to the Rev. Paul Milton for 2011. |
The G. Ross Freeman Foundation, Inc., and the Southeastern Jurisdiction United Methodist Men give all glory to God for the leadership provided by these faithful pastors.
The Southeastern Jurisdiction United Methodist
Men (SEJ UMM) approved the G. Ross Freeman Leadership
Award Program in June of 2002 to honor Pastors
who encourage the Ministries of Men in Evangelism,
Missions, and Spiritual Growth.
Many of these pastors have contributed their wisdom and expertise to a collection of Clergy Think-Tank Reports available on our RESOURCES pages.
