called the C.R.E.W. which engages the younger man and woman to be Stephen Ministers and SHARE support teams to the variety of men's small groups that meet Monday nights to share their readings from a Tony Dungy book or The Shack or Get Real by Derek Maul to men engaged in ushering, music or whatever.

He has a healthy team of assistant pastors and staff that support the church's adults and youth activities and interactions engaging man and women of all ages.

He has challenged each and every one of us to invite new people Into our church and to engage with naming visitors who sometimes fall through the cracks without notice.   Jack has taken a group of men to Leesburg In the past for fireside chats and engaged men in Instructional training about how Christians grow and fall and regrow their
walk as a Methodist man,

He's lifted up Anona's men as part of a medlcal/dentai/eyecare team of men and woman who served as volunteers In mission In Guatemala,  Anona has men who intentionally lift up the Florida Conference Children's Home and Pastor Jack gives them a special time and attention every 4th Sunday to get the congregation ready for the 5th Sunday collection for this mission.
